Presently there are 219 national experimental teaching model centers in total, and 1,300 provincial model centers. The fiscal investment to model centers from all levels of government is increasing yearly. To the schools that have acquired the title of national experimental teaching model center, Higher Education Department of Ministry of Education will appropriate special funds in order to support reform and innovation of teaching contents, tactics,  methodology and experimental teaching mode, to perfect operation and management system, to fasten teaching reform, to explore innovative teaching mode, to stabilize fine teaching resource, to deliver training, communication and cooperation, and to increase model center’s influence.

Meanwhile, the teaching instrument and fine resource sharing system of college and university has been commenced and operated normally. There are totally 33 colleges and universities participating in this system at present. Founding this platform enables to rise the technique and management level of technician, to maximize the resource benefit, to avoid the duplicate investment, and to increase the capital efficiency. Special funds will be appropriated to schools that undertake the building work of this platform, which aid the gradually building of information platform of sharing and managing teaching instrument and fine resource, and will coordinate with the operation of resource sharing system in order to well conduct the organization and application of teaching instrument and fine resource sharing system.
